Birth Doula Support

Hospital, birth center, home births, VBAC/HBAC, scheduled cesareans.
We offer virtual doula support at a reduced rate.
Physical, emotional support for the birther, partner & siblings.
This service covers:
Labor and birth/delivery hours and support
Breastfeeding support at birth
1 to 2 prenatal visits with preparation for birth (1 hour each)
2 postpartum visits of 2 hours each
On-going communication via text, email & phone call
Childbirth education
Labor and delivery prep’ for you and your partner
Weekly check-ins before 37 weeks of pregnancy, daily check-ins 10days from EDD (if baby not born yet)
24h text/call support from week 37 of pregnancy
Faith-based service option (with prayer, meditation…)

Birth & Postpartum Doula
Bundle
In-person only.
This include all of the services given for birth and postpartum doula services with the addition of:
- 3 days of support the first week after birth (4 hours per visits) and 2 additional postpartum visits at 4 weeks and 6 weeks PP of 2 hours each.
Visits can be either/or daytime or overnight.
*Additional postpartum hours may be available for extra charge.
Childbirth Education class
This class covers pregnancy to postpartum
Virtual OR In-person
Length: 4-8 weeks
(Available for group classes as well)
1 on 1 evidence based childbirth education online class with information on everything you need to know about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, baby care & breastfeeding.
The class covers the following topics (all evidence based):
Pregnancy health and diagnosis
Prenatal nutrition
Labor & delivery (stages of labor)
Doula and/or partner support
How to pick a hospital & medical team
Birth environment
How to advocate for yourself
Variations, medications and interventions during labor
Induction methods
Vaginal delivery vs scheduled or emergency cesarean
Newborn care
Postpartum care/health.
Breastfeeding education
(Class is preferably for BOTH the birther and partner.)
“The Glorious Push”
This class covers childbirth and postpartum only
Virtual OR In-person
A 3 part crash course on childbirth only to get you and your partner ready to meet your bundle of joy. Information is all evidence based.
The course will cover:
Labor and delivery
Stages of labor
Contraction aid & labor positions
Partner and/or doula support
Interventions during labor
New born care
Postpartum care/health
Breastfeeding education
Placenta Encapsulation
2-3days process
Pick up/drop off available
Your placenta will be processed into vitamins pills.
Additional herbs may be added upon request at no additional cost.
Amount of pills depends on placenta size (usually 100-150)
A print/painting of placenta as well as a tincture made from your placenta will be included.
(Placenta would be picked up/dropped off right after birth or must be stored in freezer until pickup)

Breastfeeding Edu & Support
Virtual support & class
2 Options:
1) Breastfeeding Edu:
An educational and evidence based short course on breastfeeding that will teach you all you need to know for a successful breastfeeding and/or pumping journey
2) Breastfeeding/Pumping assistance consult:
A 45-min session where we will troubleshoot any breastfeeding issues you may be having and implement a solution
